Our client, Na Me Res, is developing a 4-storey residential apartment building in Toronto. The building will further Na Me Res’ mission of providing deeply affordable housing to Indigenous Men experiencing homelessness in Toronto.

civilGo Engineering prepared Grading, Servicing and Erosion Control Plans as well as a Site Servicing & Stormwater Management Report. Sophisticated computer stormwater management modelling was utilized to optimize the infrastructure required to address stormwater management criteria.

Our client is proposing to re-develop a site in Thornbury, Ontario as a two-storey office for their residential development and construction firm.

civilGo Engineering prepared a comprehensive engineering drawing set addressing municipal criteria, including storm, sanitary and water servicing. We also prepared an accompanying Servicing & Stormwater Management Report.
